Here is my third submission to the Epic Movie Poster Contest 2011 by Screeners. This is for Stewart Goldstein’s treatment – ”Winter’s Howl” This one took me through a lot of ‘trial and error’ finding the right cabin to go with the right wolf, but I am definitely happy with the outcome.
I used Photo Impact X3 for most of the grunt work and Photoshop CS3 for some of the coloring and touch-ups.
O M G!!!This is soooo awesome it, like just makes shivers run down your spine, yet at the same time is like, sooo awesome!! the name is the starter, winter howl, sounds like it has to do a lot with wolfs, second, it can smell ur fear!! so creepy yet awesome!! the snow was made P E R F E C T L Y!!! the silver, yet grayish wolf staring at the cabin makes you think, someones in trouble. and the cabin, the lights a flicker, the roof smartly glazed with snow, the snow covered hills give you a good backdrop too!!
Thank you very much. I wouldn't have made such a great tagline if it weren't for your awesome movie idea.Perfect movie idea! And thanks for the on this one!
